Can you feed a group of twenty in Punta Gorda?
Yes, on site. Meals are cooked here by Black Rabbit at $15 per person per meal, for groups of twelve or more, minimum two meals a day. There is no tax on meals. Groups that prefer to cook for themselves get the run of a full open-air kitchen.
This is the question that catches most first-time group leaders. Punta Gorda has good places to eat, but marching twenty people into a small restaurant three times a day, on a schedule, is not a plan.
Meals here are cooked on site, buffet style, by Black Rabbit, which is the owner's food business. It is $15 per person per meal, available to groups of twelve or more, with a minimum of two meals a day — breakfast plus lunch or dinner. A single meal on its own is only done on an arrival or departure day.
There is no sales tax on meals.

If your group would rather self-cater, the kitchen is theirs. It is a full open-air kitchen and plenty of groups use it, particularly longer stays where cooking together is part of the point.
